Which contracts do you work with?

NEC3 and NEC4, including the Clause 31/32 programme requirements, early warnings and compensation events. JCT forms, including relevant events and extensions of time. FIDIC forms, including Sub-Clause 8.3 programmes and claims. Bespoke and heavily amended forms are read against their own programme and notice provisions.

Which software do you use?

Oracle Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and Microsoft Project, to your or your client’s standard.
