Sectors

25+ years of experience on the programmes that shape the country — from motorway upgrades to nuclear civils. Sector fluency means we speak your supply chain’s language from the first meeting.

Highways

Planning and controls for major highway schemes — smart motorways, junction improvements, structure renewals and maintenance frameworks. We are fluent in National Highways requirements, phased traffic management logic and the constraints that drive highway critical paths: possessions, embargoes, seasonal working and network occupancy.

Rail & HS2

We have worked on conventional rail and high-speed programmes, including HS2 civils. We understand possession planning, access-driven logic, interface management between civils and rail systems, and the assurance environment of Network Rail and HS2 Ltd supply chains.

Bridges & Structures

Programme development and delay analysis for bridge construction, refurbishment and demolition — where engineering sequence, temporary works and third-party interfaces (rail, river, highway) dominate the critical path.

Nuclear & Energy

Planning support in the nuclear and energy sector, where regulatory hold points, quality assurance regimes and security constraints demand a different order of programme discipline. We are familiar with the documentation and behavioural standards that nuclear clients expect from their supply chain.

Utilities & Grid

Substations, battery energy storage, water and wastewater treatment, and gas pipelines. On these schemes the civils contractor hands over to M&E and specialist installers, and that handover is where the programme is won or lost: access dates, plant deliveries, outage windows and commissioning all sit on it. We have planned civil and M&E interfaces on all four, and the same discipline carries straight into data centres and other mission-critical builds.

Data Centres

A data centre is a grid connection, a long-lead power and cooling package and a commissioning sequence, built against damages tied to go-live. Those are the parts of a programme we plan and defend on energy, grid and M&E-integrated work, applied to the delay risk that decides whether a data hall opens on time.
